Prospectively evaluate the clinical accuracy of new updated software used for electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopic evaluation of isolated peripheral lung nodules/lesions in adult BIDMC patients. The study will focus on diagnostic accuracy of catheter aspiration, in addition to accuracy in providing fiducial marking as a guide to cyber-knife radiation treatment and tattooing for surgical resection.
